Another version of a DIY DOF adapter. You can see the GG is crooked in the first few clips. Near the end i was running out of daylight that's why it's so dark. Plus the lens i used was 1:3.5-5.6. Need to get a pre made GG holder as mine is terrible! But this gives you an idea of simplicity. $43 total. I had some of the parts already so the most expensive part was the focusing screen. I will be updating this project periodically so keep watching. I can't afford a couple of grand for a name brand. So i will build my own. By the end i hope to have an affordable product that is just as good as the high end units. Any comments and thoughts are greatly appreciated!! Thanks for watching.

Thanks Vlad!! Yeah i shot with a Panasonic GH-1 the other day and while the picture does look nice it's still missing that little something you get from a DOF adapter. But that's just my opinion. Way to go on the FF!!! Looks great!!! I'll send you a PM over at HBS. Peace!!!

Great job Bryan ! I love DOF adapter images more than DSLRs and other pure digital.
(do not tell anybody, they can shoot me with 5D).

Yeah built by me. Getting ready to add motor and power supply tonight. Sorry about the beginning, GG was crooked and i forgot to zoom in to get it out of frame. Thanks btw. I will be trying it out with an EX-1 soon.
