This is really a film based on your ability to suspend your disbelief.
If you can do that, it is absolutely frightening, I saw this with my friends and brother 4 out of 5 of us were freaking scared, my brother on the other hand, remained calm.

Even if you dont believe in ghosts or demons or whatever, like Carlitonsp1 said, its fun to put your self in that mind set. It makes watching the movie alot more disturbing which we love.

this film was aweful, the acting was not realistic. a film like this should be performed in a stanislavskian way and it was not. and this did not scare me, and it was NOT origional. it was all hype. and these people in this video screaming, no, i sat there bored for the whole thing, those peple are either actors. or pussys.

QUESTION: Why do they keep the door open at all times?? I just dont get it..if you're really afraid of something or someone to get inside your room.. ur first instinct is to close the door to keep that thing outside right??

Good question, but the dude was trying to antagonize the demon so he might catch something on camera. He wanted the door open so the camera may catch something in the hall.
