Well, I had a RE License and technically, you are right. The laws change for the worse constantly. I and my family never had it good for the last 100 years. We also never owned a house or land. My point being, at least people's so-called ownership of land or rental property could appreciate, be sold, rented, or used as collateral to keep their children and grandchildren. I think soon that will be forever lost. It will truly be neo-feudalism.

Our Fed Gov. claimed ownership of the entire country; and they "Lease" it out to us as a "Priviliage"....and they can "Reposses" it anytime they want...They just use underhanded tactics to do it

We've had it good for the last 30 years, and now "They" are hitting the Recycle Button

They are already getting all the land. The only true wealth was, and is, land, real estate, control of land. Our county and state are dead meat, homes lost daily, no jobs, building permits down-for homes. Up for apartments !! Go to your cities, give us your 1/4 acre!
