I have a short video on my page of these speakers being given a bit of a workout, I am very fond of them. I do overdrive them slightly, but I didn't mean them any harm and they seem to be ok! I mainly use them for listening to Alternative music, a little classical, and a lot of guitar based tracks (which they seem to be very good at). I drive them with a QUAD 34 and 306 combo, just in case anyone is interested!

that's not true. the cm and the 600 series are very different. the crossovers, drivers, and cabinets are all different. the fact they have similar freq. response does not mean they sound the same. u should go listen to the 2 to hear for yourself.

the cm series have the same response and sound as the 600 series. they are just made to be allot flashier. but these are verry goof for a coaxile speaker.

I think they sound similar to the B&W CM series speakers (a little brighter). IMO they outperform the 600's. To each their own.

looks like it sounds great, but i think the b&w 600 series outperforms these. ive heard both an i would go with the 600's. still great though!

The 600 series is very stiff competition, as they are quite cheap, and sound great.

Design, Budget Price, and Sound. All in one! One of the best loudspeakers for the money! Shame there is such tough competition from B&W in the exact same price range!
