Hey, Galleazo!
I tried out this system on my Strat today and it worked out wonders, never got it as right as it is now. I had my guitar set up in about 30 minutes, when it took me at least 2 hours before! (Yeah, I know, I'm a little clumsy).
Thank you very much!

Your guitar advice is excellent, how come youve not brought a new video out in a while?

hey there! i love all your tutorials, reaaally helpfull!! but i have a big problem, i have a standard stratocaster usa, i mainly had the bridge floating, an for some time i didn`t use the tremolo arm, my problem is that i break strings all the time, even if they were 1 day long, at gigs mostly but the thing is i break them more often when i use the tremolo arm than when i don`t have i mounted, what is the problem? maybe the strings i use? maybe the way i play? i`m not sure and it`s really anoying

So, thank you very much for posting this. I'll never pay for a setup again.

I've been wanting to set my strat up with a floating tremolo for a while...I paid to have it setup with it on the deck for easy restringing but to my ears the tone suffered by having the block jammed against the wood inside the guitar. So, I gave your method a try today and I can't believe it took me this long to finally set it up. I can use the whammy bar all day long and it still stays in tune, love it!
To stay in tune, apply chapstick to the nut grooves using a toothpick.

@TheDavidGram Intonation is always the last thing right before pickups adjustment.

@iamdanielcash Yes it will in some way... I am afraid you will have to settle for twhat this strings comes up with.
Hallo Gazello!
Very nice setups your doing!
I have a question,it would be very nice if you showed how to put up a Floyd rose on a guitar with a stopbar tail piece,I have searched both, Google and YouTube with only pictures. It would be very nice with a video about that.

Pardon me sir, but I got an important question to ask..I'm beginner and I own a Yamaha Pacifica as my first guitar..I guess I got carried away while tormenting my vintage tremolo that I actually heard a snapping sound !!!! since then, the tremolo looks awful..It is tilted upwards and I can't pull the whammy upwards anymore..The whammy hole is crooked that I need to tilt the whammy bar while inserting it..Is it broken? Can I fix it? And if it is broken can I replace it? Pls answer me.....cheers~

@oblongjr A springs went out of its housing. Just open the back plate and put it back in place!
