hey friend i was watching this vid again and noticed i did not answer your question, the reason i get better results with 2mm gap is becuase i try to get the max output from a cell,, meaning i ad up to 50% by volume naoh to the water, using to much naoh causes secondary reactions,, a purple susbtance is created , so with a wider gap better elite flow takes place providing optimum cell output

Hi.. well I am using 1.2mm , according to my experience , gap is just a matter of more or less NaOh , you may use 1mm. 2 mm or 3 mm the only difference is the amount of Naoh you will have to use , think as the water+Naoh as a liquid resistor ...
But you use 2mm, and ...what was better for you with 2 mm? may be I just did not realized the advantage ..

i have to try this , also i forgot to ask what size gap on your cell do you use ,i have found that a 2 mm is better then 1 mm
for what we use the m for,it allows more current to pass threw the elite
can you weld steel by adding oygen?
nice work.

@stormcrow70 No , unsucessfully tried several times , with Oxygen , and no way , just brazing with bronze or silver rods . Also tried bubbling HHO into Gasoline and still cannot weld ( read WELD ) steel , I can braze it without troubles, but not weld it
IF SOMEBODY HAS THE TIP ::: PLEASE LET ME KNOW !
