Sorry, as a paramedic of 28 yrs service and having seen GSW's and stabbings of all sorts, this was nice, but lame as well, no person is going to lie still, even tied up and have a pointed object enter their abdomen, forcefully or planned/scripted, blood would also be coming to the surface, may-be not much but some, and to penetrate 3" into the abdomen is a lethal wound, w/ fecal material leaking into the abdominal space w/out surgical intervention.
