http://www.ablebodiedkettlebells.com . This is the "not so secret", secret to getting great abs. It's "not so secret" because getting great abs is conceptually simple, you just have to exercise more(preferably with weight at least 3 times per week), and eat less(500 or so less calories below your maintenance a day). If you stick to that and eat good, wholesome food and plenty of protein, then I promise you that you will develop a great, visible set of abs!

  • yeah im working to get my abs back, i used to have them. i stopped doing cardio like hill sprints and plyometrics and got a little fatter, im starting to eat healthy too

  • @J0hnFreeman Plyometrics and Hill Sprints are both great high intensity exercises that would be great to include into any cutting routine, Keep at it and you'll have them back soon enough, especially if your nutrition is in check. I wish you luck!

  • @supmuhhumbruh Can you still do internsity training cardio if your bulking?

  • @J0hnFreeman If your goal is to just build as much mass as possible, in the least amount of time, then supplementary high intensity cardio training would be somewhat counter productive, but that is just from the standpoint of a hardgainer/bodybuilder. I am not a bodybuilder and never do any sort of a bulking or cutting cycle. I am on a periodized program and am more concerned about strength and performance than I am with size. I lift heavy in the morning, and do my conditioning at nite

  • @supmuhhumbruh Wow me too haha! I mean im only trying to "bulk" up some weight for my Jiujitsu tournaments so I can cut waterweight and have an advantage. But I lift at the gym in morning, and I do my conditioning at night also. Thanks for the tips/advice!

  • @J0hnFreeman Anytime! Best of luck at your tournament
