  • hi really liking this tuition Q: shouldn't the Kwa be closed on the left ward off ?

  • @Fishpigg . In the first part of Ward Off, the hips are closed for gathering the chi. When the body moves forward to ward off, the hips open to release the energy.

  • I had a couple of tai chi teacher and none of them was able to explain the details of a movement to this level of precision. This is a ABC of movement. Only a real master can provide it. You are a philosopher of movement. So happy to find you!
