That's why we are borned to forget all that we were in past life. To rediscover creation.

The one who is experiencing god will soon leave and become a molecule. The one who is closest to god will become god so thus the cycle continous.

Since time doesn't really exist, Karma can't either. We do live many lives and learn all the different aspects. The Karma concept has been distorted by being "religousized" in an attempt to civilize people, to keep them from doing bad things, that's all. Even "cause and effect" is distorted. The SETH books by Jane Roberts explains it clearly. It's going to be your challenge to really get it. A reading or two on each book will help.
