  • Hi Mariah!

I thought all audition videos had to be a continuous, unedited 10 minute feature of your skills within a particular savvy. How did it work that you were able to cut out for a moment of text or from the arena to the pasture on your 45' line and back to the arena then cut out to the trailer, etc? Just curious - I have yet to submit my audition videos yet.

Your audition was beautiful. :) Thanks for sharing it!

  • Good heavens! What did the ground do to make someone so mad that it deserves to get such a beating???

I didn't know my mama. But my papa taught me not to be blinded and bamboozeled by bulls**t.

Poor horse. Gets no direction or warning or guidance. Just whipped around and punished when he doesn't guess right. He missed the mind reading course and he pays the penalty for that. What a saint.

Parelli is happy: he gets the big bucks.

  • Really nice, Mariah. Great relationship - it's lovely what can happen when the horse is with you.

  • @Pompeed ~ Didn't your mama ever teach you: if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

  • @Pompeed im sorry for you that you see it as dangerous ......... you have obviously never learnt to trust any horse :(

  • Yep. Of course Parelli approved: he doesn't get more money by telling people they aren't great! He gets it by telling people to do things which are very dangerous, bore horses to death, make them insensitive and then passing them! Nothing done to improve the horse's gymnastic abilities: the horse spends virtually all of whatever time he's allowed to move totally crooked. Trainer allows it and encourages it a la Parelli instructions. Great way to wear out equine joints and muscles.

  • @Pompeed Did we watch the same video?

  • Dreadful. Just dreadful. A wonderful example of how to do many things which are just damn dangerous and likely to get people injured. So stupid. \

The horse is a saint to put up with the nonsense. No guidance, no education. Just jerked around when he dosn't read the rider's mind correctly.

  • What a wonderful video. Congratulations indeed. So very well deserved. What horsenality is your neddy? Also, I am interested to know whether the assessments allow a side loading horsebox as opposed to a front/rear load trailer? Anyway, well done to you both.
