This is the last lesson in the special Chi Kung exercise called Holding the Ball ( Lesson 10, not 11 as it says in the titles) , designed by Michael Gilman, to aid in the understanding of the internal energy aspects of Tai Chi Chuan. This lesson uses a rotation of the Ball to achieve energetic results. Thank you for watching this video series.   • The ball helps the mind visualize round shapes, the same shapes we use in many Tai Chi movements. It also makes the two hands work together holding the ball shape, connecting the yin and yang sides of the body.
