EDIT: Youtube tells me this is blocked in some places because of Thriller. If you have problems watching it, I'll upload everything to Vimeo or something so you CAN watch it.
Sorry this took so long, I spent the evening playing TF2 on this map, and my internet isn't good enough to cope with a youtube upload AND TF2 streaming.

At 2:05 what is that menu?

Oh, that's the new quickswitch menu. It's unmapped to a button by default, you'll have to look for it in keyboard options.
Basically, it lets you quickly switch unlocks. For example, I want to quickly equip the IW for the final point of a CP map. I press the quickswitch button, then 5, then select the IW. Move to a resupply cabinet, and you have an unlock.
It also works for hats, weapons, and maybe Misc. items, too.
