The movie is not going to happen sorry.. the production of the Footloose has been off the release date for movies from Paramount.... :( It is in wikipedia... two directors have already dropped out of the project. and filming was suppose to start already in March 2010... so sorry guys.. maybe in the near future.. personally I choose Derek Hough... but then again it would be werid for him to play along his sister.

I get what you're saying. But keep your stupid opinion to yourself. Us REAL Chace lovers will agree to anything he wants to do. And I say, if Chace wants to do this, dance, be in a musical, good for him! Taking on a challenge. Musicals are not easy. Neither are action movies...

Excuse me, but Footloose is a classic! Kevin Bacon wouldn't be famous is not for it. Footloose is the best musical. And if I were in Chace's shoes (being a guy if I were) i'd be honored. IT'S NOT CHEESE!
