liked your idea of pressure cooking the besan mix... Does take a lot of calories off the traditional recipe... You think substituting half the water with tomato puree while pressure cooking woud be a nice twist?...

hey guys i like ur all recipes but this recipe says that it should be thik consistence and it should be like that sindhi kadhi thik i know but wht ever u made its not perfect....at least by seeing i can tell u....

@ShowMeTheCurry Thanks for the vegetable laden recipe. What are drumsticks? They look like okras. Are the veggies supposed to all be very soft at the end?

Yes, the veggies are soft but they still hold shape, not mushy.

sindhi kadhi is made with tomatoes.......surprisingly there wasn't a single tomato in your version.

We used a recipe that was given to us by someone and we followed it exactly. You can surely add tomatoes if you like.
