Nation story:

In order to guarantee that his region of Bad Blood would not fall into disrepute, CM-Undertaker brought in his Minister, The Rock, to be the new General Manager. However, CM-Undertaker's wrestling organization, The Ministry of Darkness, folded shortly thereafter, leaving The Rock and Bad Blood to disappear from the eyes of the public.

Meanwhile, Carlito, another one of CM-Undertaker's Ministers, splintered off from the Ministry of Darkness forming his own wrestling organization, Carlito's Ministry Championship Wrestling.

The Rock soon afterward returned and joined CMCW claiming to have a 'master plan'. Part of this plan has been revealed to gain enough power within the organization to bring back his Lord, CM-Undertaker. The aim of this being to restart The Ministry, and punish Carlito, who The Rock believes to be a traitor.
