  • Graffin on Brooks action? O___o

  • great to watch, actually kinda funny to hear brooks voice. surprised me for some reason.

the problem with the music played in this series is that most of it isn't brooks. they should've just played stuff he's drumming in if it's about him.

  • I like how when he actually started playing the drums live, they drowned it out with an audio from Stranger Than Fiction - an album in which Brooks did not even play.

Good job doing your research 'drum pads'.

  • @shortattentionspan47 lololol : D

  • Brooks is the man! Great drummer and a great guy. I have had the pleasure of taking a few lessons with him and playing shows with him I can tell you that his technique is great. The Wackerman family of drummers are all great. As far as his grip goes, sure looks like JoJo Mayer and Benny Greb and they are sticking Gods. A more relaxed, I guess you could say loose, is the size of an advanced drummer.

Danny Thompson- The music Factory OC

  • dont tell the man what to do he is the man

  • lol...not really. Actually heads last quite a while if i get the black dot ones. Sticks on the other hand. Yea you got it there

    XD

  • I bet you go through drumheads like Bill Clinton goes through condoms.

  • nah...look at buddy riches videos

you can see both work there lol!!!

  • I've been playing a long time too (as has Brooks and the rest of his family of world famous drummers). The grips used and playing in marching is quite different from drumset, I guess.

  • also known as an paradiddlediddle!

    rlrrll lrllrr

    XD

  • no actually in dci they do not reccomend that you do that due to the fact that it can slip from youhand...you do not have an gap. you make sure you are fully relaxed but there is an V shape between the thumb and fore finger...trust me i am 25 and i have played sence i was 14...
