  • I can't imagine how good life is going to feel once I have received a new liver! People need to be more aware of how important it is to donate! I hope you are doing wonderful and feeling better than ever! Congratulations on your miracle;) God Bless!

  • Hi. I was born in Ft. Walton Bch & now live in az. At 19 was diagnosed w/hep c & cirrhosis & am now 27. I was on a waiting list here at mayo & was recently 'removed' b/c our state is in debt, so my state ins. has decided to cut liver transplants for hep c patients mainly b/c the majority of hep c people got the illness from IV drug use. My hep c was passed to me at birth. So I was told I have to move to another state unless I could afford private ins. You are an inspiration!

  • HI, I had a liver transplant 7 months back and all is going well. So glad to hear you are doing really well. take care x
