  • @aldobu1990 looks like motor oil to me, I have a mineral oil cooled pc (see my yt channel) this oil in that video is much darker like motor oil (or very dirty mineral oil)

  • Dude does this actually cool your computer? I've heard it's a really good thing to do.

  • Well I have never seen a deep fried computer. Way to go!!

  • no, its mineral oil

  • Shlobby!

  • eew

  • Besides MO is cheaper and safer (it is used in medicine and veterinary medicine as a laxative, it is also used in textile industry and in food industry mostly as a lubricant for all kinds of machinery that have close contact with food). Besides there is something like mineral engine oil so its not like there are two kinds of oil mineral oil and engine oil. The one that you use in your car is different from the one in a drugstore but they are both made from petroleum and they are both mineral.

  • I know that any oil works but you're wrong, mineral oils are made from petroleum and they dont go bad. What goes bad is vegetable oil that you have in your kitchen. Mineral oil (also called paraffin oil or liquid petrolatum) that most people use for cooling is crystal clear and doesnt smell while engine oil does.

  • Really any oil works....problem with engine oil is it goes bad...mineral oil can last years.

  • Is it engine oil? Hardcore man.
