@rmed30 being stuck in the past, defeats the purpose of time moving forward, appreciate the past, but don't live in it, they're both good bands, they are similar, but different, because one was from 20+years earlier. the style within the genres is progressive, but music itself is too, over Time.

There is an undeniable resemblance between Rody and Geddy Lees vocals, not to mention they are both progressive in their respective genres (metal and rock), oh yea and they're both Canadian.
