Hi Tyler, thanks to you and James for sharing your workout. I've done a lot of types of back training mainly heavy. Quick question, is this training routine meant to be done as a circuit or just once through? It seems like this is a solid 25-30 minute training session.

@Drengen10 That's why you do squats...on leg day.

Hey thanks for the video, helped me switch up my tired routine this morning. Looking forward to the leg routine.

I really appreciate these videos, and am about to head off with a newly made workout list that these videos really helped with. Thank you very much!
I see no squatz and deadlifts. I also see no dietary advice involving oats. This looks like a total faux workout.

@MalcolmCarmen you obviously don't have a clue what your talking about do you? Are you sure your not a ''faux'' here let me answer your rude comment:
I can guarantee that this is James workout as we mention (Ive trained with him more than once)1) These ''squatz'' you refer to. . .last time I checked they did not target your BACK!

@MalcolmCarmen . . . unless your doing them improperly, which you more than likely are. And James does not do deadlifts in his routine, but if you actually watched the video I do a version of a deadlift! And im pretty sure he has a good back still!

@MalcolmCarmen 2) Dietary advice involving Oats? What does that even mean hahaha. . .yes Oats are a staple in many ppl's diet (duh) along with many other macronutrients. . .This video is based on training, we have other videos coming out on nutrition (and already there are some on my website). Thanks

Malcolm, you raise an excellent point. Where are all the oatz? Shouldn't there be more oatz in a training video? To remedy this oversight, I have devised an excercise routine called "rolled oatz". You simply spread oatz on the gym floor and then roll over them with an exercise ball. Perhaps Tyler would be willing to demonstrate this in his next video, set to the music of a Calvin Harris disco hit.

@freelancecrank hahahahahaha wow toooo funny dude! And yes I will gladly go ahead and film that next workout! Although I might get even weirder looks than I already get with some of my exercises.
