Wanna learn how to get a vintage 1940s/1950s hairstyle?? Then join me for this pin curling tutorial to achieve long-lasting, beautiful curls that are ultra-easy to fashion into a classic retro style!

Here's a list of what you'll be needing:

- comb
- wire bristle brush
- double pronged clips or flat bobby pins
- hairspray
- time!! (the curls take a while to form and will need to set a minimum of 7 hrs.)

Optional:

- spritzer bottle with water
- gel or setting lotion
- end papers
- hairnet or scarf

Thanks for watching!! Be sure to watch Part 2 for the styling technique!! Have fun curling :-)
