how did you make all those monuments? or where did you download them?

 They are all inside the game, but hidden. Use buydebug or create a world tool.

is it up?i saw a Paris in the exchange,but is it yours?if it is,why cant i install it to my game?it downloads into my dowloaded content,but it install failed.

@blackops6000 use "testingcheatsenabled true" and then "buydebug" in game, as cheats, then enter the buymode and you can find them there. you need WA, though
