XBMC Full Tutorial part 2 (customize movies , music, weather and skin)

This is the part 2 video for full tutorial of XBMC witch i show

u how to customize the movie and music library, install new

skin and animated weather icon.

1- download the xbmc package i made my self to make it easy for you.

2- extract the zip file to yr desktop

copy this file to the second drive

3- run xbmc

B- with zip file

1. Download the ZIP file and save to a location accessible by XBMC.

2. Open XBMC and browse to System - Add-ons - Install from zip file.

3. Browse to the file you downloaded and select it.


5- Replace the normal weather icon to the animated pack.

6- change the menu elements backgroud exp video and music.

7- add a new elements to the menu, smoke in the background.

hi..i have xbmc but i dont know how to add on..and how big zip file to add on? i tried so many time but still saying ( not the file) please help me..beging u.ty

@saniop67 don't beg it our duty to show you how . go to add-on then u will find 4 option the last one is install from zip fle click on it and browse to the folder where u save ur add-on repository and click enter a message pop up with the name and symbol of the add-0n blinking. if u want more details watch XBMC full tutorial part 4

Is the AppleTV supposed to be plugged in this whole time? I'm new to this?

@DwayneWilliamsSr this is XBMC software installed in windows 7 not appletv. the appletv is a device that u connect with ur tv to watch movie or listen to music but u can install xbmc in appleTV after jailbreak

Where do you get your movies from ? You seem to have really good quality movies

@jayrrock9 hi bro i use a lot of sources torrents and websites (icefilms.info - arabseed.com - myegy.com) and all the movies are in mkv 720 compressed means from original one 3 -5 GB to 0.8 GB (800 mb) only so if u face a problem with Arab sites just copy the website link and paste in google translator after u choose a link translator and the Arab interface will be English hope this help
