PokéPark Wii: Pikachu's Great Adventure Walkthrough Part 13: Piplup and Wynaut in Danger

In this video I meet Vaporeon, Feraligatr, and Floatzel. Piplup and Wynaut cannot get across due to Sharpedo and Carvanha. The only way across is to get Bidoof from Green Zone to create a bridge. I was stupid to think that electricuting the fish would actually work. What you really have to do is beat Pelipper's Sky Flap Race at least once for them to let you create the bridge.

Every time I fight a flying type at the beach I come close to the water and when the bird is close to me I dodge it and it goes in the water.
