  • To answer user ariesas's question, the controller on top of the blofeld is a legacy firewire audio interface/controller known as the Tascam FireOne which you may be able to get on eBay or used elsewhere. If you are wondering what the keyboard controller on the left is, that's the Akai MPK25 Midi Controller and is newer and still available in the usual music retail outlets.

  • @ariesas The keyboard controller is the Akai MPK25. Don't know what the controller on top of the Blofeld is actually.

  • @ariesas If you are referring to the keyboard controller on the left, that's the Akai MPK25. But if you are referring to the other controller on top of the blofeld on the right, apparently according to andrecato, it's the Tascam VL-A8.

  • i think its awesome that he wears a nordwave shirt while talking about waldorf things

  • @rcflite thats ure option....digital simply cannot be as good as analog... what speakers u run.... even on 3grand speakers it may sound better but put in on function ones..... theres a massive difference... example... the difference between 320 and wav

  • Yes

  • For many reasons softsynth is better than hardware. U work in midi and you can change the things many Times and only when you decide to mixdown you cannot change. On hardwr synths you have the probl to record etc etc

  • @rellekium ahahahah mere mortal ur jokes

  • @rcflite

Yep yep...VSTI's these days are freaking awesome... I hardly ever use hardware anymore unless I am gigging live... well with my band scenario...but when I do shows by myself...It's all about MIDI'ing my Alesis QS 8.1 to my computer...VSTi's sound sooooo much better in most applications...And you are not confined to the hardware's limitations.

  • more power... more power. LOL By the way, it's great that they solved this stupid issue and put delay and reverb in 1.5 version.
