  • so beautiful, it is such a pity that Eva was not known in the United States, except in Washington DC area. Thank you Utube for playing Eva Cassidy music. This is a wonderful way to honor her memory, Hank7

  • Our loss she is no longer among us..She is gaining in popularity tho, especially among musicians, vocalists & those who appreciate true talent.... I lived in DC & frequented Blues Alley & the Cellar Door.. sadly before her time...many thanks for the note..Bb

  • Its quite an interesting phenomonen in play even at this moment-Eva Cassidy is as popular now as any mainstream pop/jazz/blues/folk singer believe it or not..just not heavily marketed, distrubtion or packaged or I've obvserved instances of her music and voice in Stockholm, Ireland, London, Germany, Calgary as well as deep in the heart of Texas!...I suspect we have recored the sounds of an angel singing.. do any others sense her healing effect from her voice? AND so the legend is pepetuated

  • your welcome bflat00, my comments are heartfelt. her songs play in my head, if you know what I mean. And than I have to listen to them. It does make me sad that she is not around anymore. I would have love to have seen her. What a voice. Love when she does this song. rest in peace, Eva. Hank7
