This was a baby longnose bandicot we had in care in 2007 as you can see she pounds the worms with her front paws and gets all the mud out of them...then munches them...we fed her bottles for first week..thentaught her to snuff dirt..then we began offering her some bugs and worms..she loved it...She has since been released into the wild!!

  • No u cant catch them..they belong in the wild...and are native to Australia...i only got this opportunity because of the death of her mother...i was honored to have been her friend,,,and to have released her...she was beautiful...i hope she is now a mum herself!!..thank u for your kind response
