@TheDarrennewman
Glad you found this video so helpful. Many times with forward head posture, you can develop what seems to be a large tissue mass at the bottom of the neck. But please TheDarrennewman, make sure this 'mass' as you describe it, is indeed benign. Go get it checked out. I haven't examined you and can't comment on your specific situation.
Thanks for all the love and respect,
Dr. G

Thank you very much! I have already started with these exercises. I do have a question, does having forward head posture create a "hump" at the base of the neck (C7)? If so, can it ever go back to how it used to be?
CristinaBeier 3 weeks ago
@CristinaBeier Many conditions can cause a "hump" at the base of the neck C7. Forward head posture will do this as well. Yes, the hump can go back with the three things I mentioned in the video.
1. Corrective Chiropractic Care
2. Traction
3. The exercises i demonstrated
They need to be done in conjunction with each other or you will not see the results you would like.
Good luck!

Why do i get a headache when i do the Brugger? o.O The other ones seem to help but when i do that one i get a headache until i stop....weird

@BMJ2008 As I mentioned in the video these exercises are designed to be done in conjunction with your chiropractic adjustments and traction. You need to be examined by a chiropractor as you shouldn't be having headaches while doing the brugger.
