Events such as what happened to Kaled Said and so many others in Egypt are startlingly similar to what happened in Colonial America, specifically the Boston Massacre. Such events fundamentally shaped our Constitution. I pray that when the Egyptian people succeed in justice and achieve the democracy they seek, that such lessons will echo into the new government.
