Ganhador do Oscar de melhor curta de animação em 1983, “Tango” do polonês Zbigniew Rybczyński apresenta um único cenário onde as mesmas ações, cada vez mais absurdas, vão se repetindo até que nada menos que 36 figuras lotem o filme. Em oito minutos, vários estágios da vida de homens e mulheres passam pela tela sempre reproduzindo os mesmos gestos.
Tudo isso foi feito à mão trabalhando com uma impressora ótica sobre o negativo 16 horas por dia, durante sete meses.
