Disagreement is just disagreement. However the idea of questioning your government, voicing your dissent, and actively campaigning for change in a respectful manner is extremely patriotic, as many of our founding fathers have been quoted to say. Indeed, even violent dissent is in a way patriotic, if the circumstances are extreme enough. That's why we have the second amendment. America is founded on the notion of government for the people, not people for the government

Hypocrit is the only way to describe her and her fellow Progressives. Pathetic would be another one that is close.

Want to know what's REALLY patriotic? Supporting and defending the CONSTITUTION, that's what!

Remember when all the right-wing blowhard talk show hosts and Republicans bitched about antiwar folks and said that THEY were unpatriotic for questioning the war and their president? Where the hell were you then, revo? Did you tell those idiots to stand down and let the antiwar people have the freedom to speak?
Or, like Bill O'Reilly, did you tell antiwar folks to "shut up"?

Dissent is neither patriotic or unpatriotic. "Dissent is patriotic" is a stupid slogan made up by stupid liberals. Patriotism doesn't have anything to do with dissent itself. Frankly, I have never seen anybody but liberals make the claim that contentless dissent is patriotic. Dissent is simply disagreement and, as a measure of patriotism, is content neutral. The hypocrisy stems from the liberal position that dissent itself is patriotic and then denying it later. That is you, hypocrite.
