  • nice work eddie. Regards from Jack

  • @newspapguy cheers jack see ya soon buddy :)

  • Good work, keep it up.

You do have a definite tell and I will try and explain what I mean. We call it rolling not sure if you have a word for it.

Before you throw a combination you roll your hands forward an inch or so then you roll them back towards you and then throw. It is like a windup to generate power. A good boxer would read and time this.

Watch your video again and pay specific attention to what your hands are doing the split second before you throw.

    Do you see it?

  • thanx i watched it,this video wa taken as a tepping stone it was our first video together just playing really :) but i will take on board what your saying and learn from it

  • This isn't criticism m8; try movin about more to the side after each sequence also try to speed up ya head movement; suggest gettin ur trainer to throw random combinations forcing u to move naturally; thats on the presumption that the combos are planned in this vid; other than that; keep up the good work

  • thanks mate, this was just a practice thing with my trainer it will improve big time and i love to hear peoples opinions wether its good or bad thanks again :) check out my other channel, twelvequaysboxing

  • You are dropping your right! Keep it up!

  • hi mate as posters have mentioned about u have a tell when u throw shots. well the thing is your not holding you hands in the right place open up slightly so you just shoot fast with the right rotation. when a boxer punches they will always in a split moment move hands into position to punch so make sure yours are already there that way the tell will fade with lots of practise .use the mirror for this look side ways in mirror plus opening up slightly will help in your defence against hooks

  • You've got a little windup on practically every punch and I think you should move on your feet a little more. Really nice combinations and head movement. Good work.

  • nice job, glad your actually working hard on boxnig, i also like boxing. even if its a tough sport , still love it

  • Cool, keep up the work. There is no more noble training in this world than training for the sweet science. :-)
