@halo3recruit177 well you see you have to buy this super awesome Halo controller at your nearest.. icangetyourecon store, its everywhere, and then you have to spin around 5 times, and scream "RANK UP RANK UP" and then whisper "Pure Pwnage" in your moms ear, and when you turn your 360 on it'll say Achievement Unlocked, Ban Button Layout.
