Been cleaning carpet for 30 years now in one capacity or another, My advertised website prices are about as low as you should ever see them. IICRC is a great tool to learn from if you have no idea whatsoever about carpet cleaning. A 1600 sqft house should run about $150 to $175 per cleaning without protector. This would cover labor for a crew to spend the appropriate time extracting after properly preparing carpet for cleaning. The rule of thumb is if it sounds to good to be true it is!!

but who gives us the real deal , stupid reporter , people should allways ask first how much it will be , after the walk thru , some of these people live in fancy homes and expect to get their carpets cleaned for 9.95 a room , i mean really people think their going to get 2 rooms done for 18.00$ , not defending these crooks , but people should know if its to good to be true it usually is

people r really stupid to think u can get ur carpets clean for 9.95 also ithink iirc is also a rip off , i spent 250.00 and learned nothing i allready knew , shame on them & carpet cleaners that rip people off
