LoL How many times have I had this exact conversation with my students! The students have gotta spend time(at least!)10 mins on their instrument everyday, 2 make any meaningful progress(from one week to another). Hey, you can't fake it by reading off the page!(the teacher will know!) It's all about eye-hand co-ordination with the dots(and with what you"ve gotta do). FM

Yep, exactly right. Honestly, kids are so over-scheduled these days. They'd be better off concentrating on 1 or maybe 2 activities instead of the 5 or 6 some parents make them do.
