Lexington, KY police call and book 'party' for Marty Nicholas after calls for escorts didn't work.

Another woman takes her turn and says the party is for six women from a bachelorette party. We go ahead and send Marty because of the new voice but when he gets there it is only Deanna Bradley and she then spends an hour and 1/2 trying to set him up. When that doesn't work they arrest him anyway and try to destroy the audio on the video tape. She gets on the stand and claims to be narrating the tape since the audio is bad. They convict him. I fix the audio and when informed on the day of my court, all of the officers refused to testify in my case and the prosecutor had to dismiss.
