I tried my best to combine the name of the anime, "Natsume Yuujinchou (Natsume's Book of Friends," and the song, "Crawling." If anyone has watched "DARKER THAN BLACK," they would know "Crawling" is the first opening song (but this is the full version! :D ). Obviously, this is an AMV, so...

For those who have watched Natsume Yuujinchou, you may be as shocked as I am that this video is actions-packed and somewhat fightening. When I actually watch the anime, it seems whimsical and uplifting (perhaps even more than the manga).
For those who stumbled upon this video (or I begged you to watch it ;) ) and don't mind all the spoilers, I hope this convinced all of you to watch (or read) Natsume Yuujinchou! :D

@missnihihi Well, the point of combining a rock song with a whimsical, perhaps sorrowful anime was because of their contrast.
If you think about it, Natsume Yuujinchou can be very dark (ghost resentful towards humans and vise versa, with Natsume being in the middle of such chaos), tragic (Natsume was constantly passed from one family member to the next for "lying" about seeing spirits and such), and, as far as the firefly episode, what's lost upon growing up.
I like the end result.

Yay~! Finally, a Natsume Yuujinchou AMV that is exciting to watch! XD
Not that all the slow, sweet/sad ones aren't great, but I was looking for one or two that focused more on the action. 8"3 great job with the AMV! <33

@JesseMartel Thank you for commenting! :D Yeah, I just felt the need to create a side of Natsume Yuujinchou that exists between all the sorrow and precious moments that, while interesting, mostly recreate the show as it is.
So, in other words, we were/are on the same wavelength. :)
