On a recent trip, Water.org co-founders Matt Damon and Gary White visited Haiti, and left feeling even more sure than ever that the future of the world depends on safe water for all. The people of Haiti so inspired Matt, that he felt the need to restate his promise to the whole country. Watch this video, and let Matt show you the country through his eyes. What a petty and ignorant question. Would you prefer we all just mind our own business and NOT HELP others? Maybe that's how you think because you have easy access to water? Here's a clue: such people are in the unique position of having the finances (and/or the power) to be able to provide aid to more people than most ever will, and I say congratulations to Matt Damon in trying to help others, and boo to people who are apparently jealous of other people's positive achievements.
