  • Gay.

Hold up, now i know one of you faggot kiss asses is gonna try to defend the guy from this video by insulting me and wasting their time just to win the guy's interest. And i wanna take the time to say " FUCK YOU" before that happens. I just felt like being one of the assholes to be the first to give this video an un-necessary absolutely irrelavent negative comment, because we all know we've done it before and its fun. So fuck off.

  • Excellent, I've discovered that the best way to attract people is to talk about nothing to do with me, but everything to do with everyone else. Great post.

  • Osama Bin Laden must have been that guy.

  • Dude, you just nailed it!

I really like your videos, it's really all about being yourself now and being authentic!

  • Love Chris Brogan. Would that anyone who pays him could ever act on his sound advice!!!

  • yeh he tweets too much, i'm sure he employs someone else to do it because he really should take a break to eat shit and sleep sometime. However, ZnaTrainer is ever more guilty, she never lasted a full 24hs on my tweet feed because I just couldn't read anyone else!

  • Ironic that the one video response to this video is of a wife and husband inadvertently being that guy...

  • Great reminder to listen to others. I was amazed yesterday when 4 people I met at IzeaFest answered a question I had about Twitter. Amazed because I really wondered if anyone reads our Tweets.

  • "That Guy" uses robotics to do a lot of his posting for him. Others use staff in Asia at dirt cheap rates.

Me, I opt for the kind of authenticity that Chris represents. I haven't met him, but these videos make me feel like I do know him, or at the very least, want to know him.

Following people like Chris is easy. I do it willingly and love the combination of humility and common (or perhaps uncommon) wisdom.

  • Hey thanks Chris for this great reminder.

I did finally have to block Guy Kawasaki though as he just updates too much and it got to where I couldn't see updates from anyone else! I wonder; does he have like a full on staff that tweets for him or is he just on Twitter like 20 hours a day?

So, can you be another "that kind of guy: if you just tweet too much ... kind of like the guy at a party who never stops talking long enough to listen to anybody else?
