Thought I'd make a video that shows how the game runs as I fly around, since it's different from simply driving around as there are more things to load. Basically, this is as laggy as it will ever get if you have my specs, and KEEP IN MIND that the flying was recorded with Fraps, which took away 5-10 frames per second (made it lag a lot more).

When I play without the recording program, it runs fine. I used Fraps simply to improve the view ;-)

i have AMD Athlon 3200 64 and it runs at 12 fps a second... i belive u could not Even start GTA IV with that Processor
