@carnews333 Already done.....kinda. There is a small hydrogen fuel cell generator, which can deliver about 100 watts ac from a built in inverter (forgot the company...Think it was Japanese). Not enough to replace a gas generator, but there are hydrogen kits for those. Look up "hho generator", you'll see people converting gas generators to run off of hydrogen gas only with conversion kits (They're pretty expensive). I went the cheaper way and have both a gas and solar generator for backup.
