John wrote the most incredible, unique love songs, espeically for Annie. I don't think he ever got over her. Thanks for keeping his music and spirit alive. I cherish his music and the life he lived.

@LeeMadeLee I know a song ,a phrase,or even a smell ,can bring back memories to us all. But, I hope that this beautiful song, brings back happy memories to you. Let your tears fall freely, I'm sure your husband wants to be with you, as much as you want to be with him, until you meet again. :) Keep listening to John, he was a great poet, musician and storyteller.I always think of him as a comfort blanket. No matter how low I feel, I can always find a song to cheer me up and make me smile :)

OH MY - lost my husband 10 years ago and listening to these beautiful songs cause the tears to fall. Just the thought of him......brings it all back. Love never dies.......John's love will never die.......and he lives on every time his music touches a heart.

INDEED Annie would say she is no saint BUT she's always conducted herself with tons of class & could have benefited with lots of money by doing a book or interview but chose not to! As exectrix of JD's estate she cleaned up the mess after the crash since he had no will, gave money to start the JD Sanctuary in Aspen, raised the 2 kids who by all accounts turned out great. She deserves a lot of respect.

"It's About Time" is a lovely album.the previous effort,"Seasons of the Heart" got better reviews,but I though IAT was just as good.RCA were idiots not to promote his 80s LPs.

@usafpilotmq9 Please! don't be so disrespectful to the woman John loved.She readily admits she made mistakes.So did john.Relationships are complicated things.I had a painful relationship with a man I loved more than life itself for over 10 years- but for various reasons we're not together any more.The last words John said to Annie were,"Oh,but Annie,I love you." she has been a wonderful champion of John's memory for the last decade.She is entitled to respect.
