@SisterOfScarletDevil it was suppsed to be Tsukema Tsukeru by Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, so i can understand why it got disabled

right with the hair, just, go crazy ok? XD honestly i make it up as i go along

also the way im doing eyes at the moment, ive just picked it up from watching other peoples speedpaints and tutorials so do give them a look

dont be afraid to use lots of layers, in sai you can name the layers, i do this so i know what is on which layer to make it less confusing
