Here is a performance at PhilAm Life hall, Manila, on 31 January 2009 featuring myself on harpsichord, David Johnson on flute, Cris Macazo on violin, with strings of Sta Isabel College, Manila. This was a little rough and ready and I made a few more slips then I would have liked. But this is a demanding piece at the best of times and hope that despite the obvious faults you find it an energetic performance. I opted to play the longer version of the solo (65 bars) as written out in the presentation score to the Margrave of Brandenburg, rather than Bach's earlier version, as that's what people come to hear! The harpsichord is a new one from the studio of Herr Nikolaus Damm in Las Pinas.
