Wow Chef Paul, I had no idea you had videos too!!! I use your Championship BBQ Cookbook as a BBQ Bible. I just smoked a beautiful pork butt using Art's Mustard Sauce yesterday for 15 1/2 hours and it was so tender the bone fell out of it on the smoker...lol. It made wonderful pulled pork sandwiches. I am a sponge when it comes to your advice.
