Tibet was part of China from thousand years ago. See, when Mongol conquered China, they drew the map of China included Tibet.

In Mongol history, they never conquered Tibet, only China alone, and Tibet was already part of it.

In the 1940s, british gave opium to Chinese, causing starvation and lost generation. Then the dalai lama king of slavery was supported by british to separate from China. Mao sent troops to stop the dalai lama and saved Tibetian from slavery.
