if you release the tension when ending the orbital you can untangle them with flow so they dont stop spining ;) good vid

Heh, well it really isn't. This is one of the moves we learned early on so we've had around a year plus time to practice it and get it down this easy =D.
Just wait til I post the orbital variations video (Behind the back, under the leg, crosser, etc etc). =)
