Rinoa Heartilly FFVIII Makeup Tutorial (cosplay)

Rinoa Heartilly was my first cosplay at my first Anime Convention lol

Her makeup is very neutral, so as a non-animated person, it's more work for us because not only do have to create that neutral look, we have to create an anime look as well.
Pretty much the main key is eye liner. It can open, close, enlarge and create wider eyes with just a line! It's how you use it that can create that magic and here I'll show you guys how I did it for Rinoa, at least from my perspective.
