This was at my house in Nova Odessa, when I was hosting one Latvian Folk group.. we were talking and having fun.. of course that also singing..

As the Latvians say:
"Dzimu dziedot, uzaugu dziedot, visu mūžu dziedot nodzīvoju. Pat nāvi satiku dziedot!"

By the way, Id like to ask what kind of food do you have in Latvia...?

@LifeInfected Latvian is not so hard to learn, the grammar is a bit complicated but the best is to learn how to talk even if not correct (like a child learns before to talk not correct and latter learns the grammar)

The Latvian food.. they say that if you have a potato, that's half of the way to have Latvian food :)

@Lachausis Ok, I have made a little mistake. Kingdom of Prussia wasn't invaded by Russian Empire, but in early 13th century it was invaded by Teitonic order

@SuperRubenis Why Russians? When Prussians were assimilated, the Russians weren't even close to Prussia (13th century). If you mean kaliningrad today, then I disagree, because original inhabitants of Eastern Prussia (kaliningrad) were driven out after WWII.
